Description:
BETONKOLOR made up of special acrylic water based binders, inorganic UV- rays resistant pigments and special additives for good adhesive strength on concrete and fiber-concrete surfaces. It has a high durability and is resistant to atmosphere influences (acid rain, different salt from smoke-gas, carbon dioxide etc.). It prevents vegetation of algae and moss. BETONKOLOR is suitable for protection of concrete roof and corrugated cement sheets and also for concrete façades, fences and chimneys etc.

Colour tones:
FOR ROOFING: oxide red, brown, anthracite grey and brick red.
OTHER SURFACES: all shades in RAL and NCS colors

Usage:
The surface must be cleaned by high pressure apparatus (equipment-cca120-150 bars). Now it is ready for coating. The paint is manipulated by brush or roller only on smoothly surfaces. For rough surfaces we use airless spray equipment (air pistols are not convenient).
Theoretical application rate (depending on the surface and application method):
- for smoothly surfaces, manipulated by brush - 0,20kg/m2 in 1 coat.
- For rough roofing surfaces, manipulated by airless spraying - 0,35kg/m2 in1 coat.

The paint is applied without pre-treatment with emulsion. 30% of water is added to the first coat, the second coat is not diluted. After 2 hours rain can not damage the paint. After 6 hours new coats can be applied. Tools can be washed in water. Transport is possible only at temperatures higher than 5°C; otherwise the vehicle must be heated. The same applies for storing.
