Description:
GRUND KOLOR fast-drying alkid anticorrosive foundations are made up of modified synthetic binders, solvents and other additives, which provide good adhesion qualities and have the ability to stick to metal. It binds the coats together. Anticorrosive pigments of the zinc phosphate give a very good anticorrosive metal protection. For the finish procedure it is possible to use 2K lacquers and enamels over them. It is used for means of transport covering, agricultural machines, other machines and iron constructions.

Colour tones:
white, beige, oxide red, grey, and green

Usage:
The surface must be dry, without greasy and dust- spots. The working temperature of the surface may not drop below 5°C. It should be well mixed and diluted with SHOP PRIMER DILUENT. For spattering it should be diluted with 10-20%, for airless spraying with 5-10% of SHOP PRIMER DILUENT (airless spray nozzle: narrow = 227/233, medium = 427/433, wide = 627/633). Time and stage of drying: 5 minutes for dry dust free and 10 minutes for dry tack free. It is dry to recoat after 6 hours or 30 minutes at 80°C. Theoretical application rate is 120g/m2 for a dry film thickness 45µm.
