Description:
C-Guard is an ecological 2K paint with a mild smell, based on epoxy binders. It is soluble in water and suitable for concrete floor; concrete and mineral plasters, which are exposed and frequently washed. It has adhesive qualities and is extremely chemical- resistant. It is resistant to gasoline and engine oil, too. It does not contain any lead and chromate.

Colour tones:
in RAL or NCS colors.

Usage:
It is used for surfaces, which are not UV-rays exposed. It can be used as a tunnel coat (salt-resistant, easy to clean). The coating is also suitable for floors in hospitals, schools, kindergartens, shelters, power stations, dairies, production spaces, garages and cellars. The surface must be clean, without dusty, greasy or wet stains. Porous surfaces must be impregnated with diluted coating. Component A is well mixed with hardener B by mixer. After 5 minutes it is necessary to dilute the mixture with water, as necessary (first coat 10-20%, second coat 5-10%).

Mixture ratio: Paint A: hardener B = 5:1 (weight ratio), pot life is 2 hours at 20°C.

Warning: After 2 hours the coating starts to thickening and hardening. Do not dilute and use it again! It is manipulated by brush, roller or spattering. The temperature may not drop below 15°C. Time and stage of drying: 1 hour for dry dust free and 9 hours for dry tack free. It is dry to recoat after 12 hours or maximum 24 hours. Theoretical application rate is 180g/m2 for one coat (dependent on surface or application method).
