 Description: LESOTON protection stain for wood is esthetical, decorative and protective coating for exterior and interior surfaces of wood. It is designed of synthetic natural materials, based on soya oil and inorganic pigments, which are UV-light resistant.
Colour tones: colorless, pine, tike, nut, rosewood, ebony, mahogany, chestnut, larch, oak, forest green, olive green, sky blue, Swedish red and other samples -customer choice.
Usage: LESOTON is used for wood protection of exterior and interior surfaces. The colorless coating is suitable for wood protection of interior surfaces, which are not exposed on UV-rays. It is manipulated on wood by brush, sponge, spattering, dipping or flowing. The paint must be well mixed. There are 3 coats necessary for an effective protection (for interior protection only 2 coats). The air-dried wood should be cleaned. Single coatings should be applied after 24 hours, except by industrial procedures. Correctly painted wood has a visual determined growth structure, which endorses it. The wood is humidity and UV-rays resistant and prevents setting of wood insects, fungus, pests... For pre-treatment it is suitable to use LESOTON BASE. It is not recommended for wood protection in bedrooms and other living spaces. For better protection of façade linings, windows, doors and other weather exposed joinery we recommend a systematical wood protection:
First coating: LESOTON BASE Second coating; LESOTON paint in selected shade
Third coating: LESOTON paint in selected shade
Fourth coating: Fourth coating: LESOTON EFEKT LAZURA in selected shade.
It is necessary to wear protective clothes and gloves, by spattering a protective mask. The room should be aired, the electrical installation in position S. LESOTON belongs to IB-IC fire risk class. Longer inhalation of steam can cause health problems. LESOTON is not reactive. At 20°C its specific weight is cca 0,9kg/l (dependent on color shade). Before using it is not allowed to dilute LESOTON, except in industrial procedures. Tools and hands should be cleaned in ALKIDKOLOR DILUENT or turpentine. After work LESOTON should be stored in full and tightly closed packaging. Paint rests should be filled together and airtight closed. It can polymerize. Time and stage of drying: 2 hours for dry dust free and 6 hours for dry tack free. It is dry to recoat after 24 hours. For one layer we use cca 0,1L of LESOTON for m2. |
