Description: VINACRYL EMAIL is covering enamel for exterior metal surfaces (one-component reaction type). It is made up of vinilkopolymer, phenol resin and met acrylic. Pigments are inorganic and in small quantities added with organic (depends on color shade). They are UV-rays and sulphur-dioxide resistant. First of all it is used for protection façade with galvanized iron and aluminum sheets and for different silos on the exterior surface.
Colour tones: in RAL color, VINILACRYL enamel is light matt and partly hides roughness of the sheet.
Usage: It is used as esthetic and protective enamel for galvanized iron and aluminum sheets and for different silos on the exterior surface. First of all the sheet should be degreased, cleaned, dried and spattered with VINILACRYL ENAMEL up to the dry film thickness 30µm. Pre-treatment: sanitation of active corrosive areas (whetted and coated with EPOXY PRIMER ANTICORROSIVE COATING). Sheet, which is not corroded, should be wiped up with ketone (wet, not watery) to remove the dirtiness. Washing by apparatus under high pressure is recommended. After all preparations the ANTICORROSIVE EPOXY PRIMER is applied. The paint should be well mixed and diluted with VINILKOLOR DILUENT as necessary. The working viscosity depends on spattering system and nozzle size (through airless spray nozzle: narrow = 215/218, medium = 415/418, wide = 615/618). Time and stage of drying: 60 minutes for dry dust free and 2 hour for dry tack free. It is dry to recoat after 24 hours. Theoretical application rate is 130g/m2 for a dry film thickness 25-30µm. |
